A court has authorized this website.

A settlement has been reached with Call-On-Doc, Inc. (“Call-On-Doc” or “Defendant”) in a class action lawsuit. This lawsuit concerned Call-On-Doc’s use of third-party tracking technologies, called “tracking pixels,” on its web pages. The plaintiffs claim that using tracking pixels in this way was against certain California laws.

The lawsuit is called Lucas v. Call-On-Doc, Inc., Case No. 2026LA000403. It is pending in the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois (the “Litigation”). Call-On-Doc denies that it did anything wrong, and the Court has not decided who is right. The parties have agreed to settle the lawsuit (the “Settlement”) to avoid the costs and risks, disruptions, and uncertainties of continuing the Litigation.

If you received an email notice for this Settlement, you are a Class Member and entitled to benefits under the Settlement. You may have received a previous notice directly from Call-On-Doc.

Your rights are affected whether you act or don’t act. Please read the Notice carefully and completely.
